Learn More About New Patients at Generations Dental

Yes! Generations Dental is now accepting new patients and is often able to schedule appointments within a few weeks or even days. Your first visit will usually include an appointment with the doctor for a comprehensive exam and all necessary X-rays. During your new patient appointment, you can speak with our dentists about any specific trouble areas or concerns.

In the past, you may have been able to schedule your first appointment with a new dentist for just a dental cleaning. However, our dentists follow current standards in the dental field and all new patients receive a comprehensive oral examination and any necessary X-rays. This ensures that the dentist has a full and clear picture of your mouth and oral health before proceeding with care. If cleaning is the proper next course of treatment, appointments are often available on the same day.

We proudly accept most dental insurance plans and are in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield (as part of the Dental Network of America or DNoA), Cigna, Delta Premier, Guardian, Lincoln Financial, Met Life, Principal, and The Standard.

Our dental team will gladly help you with an estimate of benefits before your treatment and with filing your insurance claim. If we are out-of-network for your insurance, we will help guide you in filing a claim. Patients are responsible for the difference between the insurance benefit and the cost of the procedure. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you have any questions about your insurance, please give us a call at 815.765.4002
